【葉國吏／綜合報導】總統馬英九今天到南港車站參加鐵路通車典禮，再度強調捷運民生汐止線，一定會做，最快在明年底就動工。

馬總統表示，在他擔任台北市長期間，民生汐止線就已經在統籌規畫，去年已經核定，最快明年就動工，再度強調捷運民生汐止線一定會做。不過由於施工期長達9年，馬總統也期許在這段期間，台鐵能夠擔綱交通疏運的重責大任。
