國中生偷騎機車夜遊　撞違停車1死1傷

【李銘宏／台北報導】台北市1名就讀北投國中3年級的郭姓學生，今天凌晨趁家人熟睡之際，偷騎家人的機車，載張姓同學外出夜游；不料清晨5時許，2人欲返家時，卻不慎撞上違停在路邊的賓士車，騎機車的郭姓國中生當場失去生命跡象，送醫急救後仍然不治，後座乘客的張姓國中生則右膝與下巴擦傷，警方已調閱監視器釐清事故真相。
