衛福部擬檢討　食用油限制使用香精

【蔡明樺／台北報導】大統長基公司以低價油添加香精，混充「純正香油」販售，衛福部食品藥物管理署組長蔡淑貞今表示，香精屬食品添加物，目前並無限制油脂產品不能添加，歐盟雖限制油脂品不能添加香精，但歐洲用油多是熱炒用的橄欖油、棕櫚油等，與國內情況不同，民眾常用的香油、辣椒油等多是料理完成後使用的風味油，會儘速蒐集國外資料、邀集專家討論決定是否修改食品添加物適用範圍，限制其使用香精。

食藥署區管中心主任潘志寬說，各縣市衛生局已全面稽查全台163家製油工廠的油品成分、標示等是否如實，預計明天起各縣市會陸續回報稽查狀況。
