連署倒閣案　葉宜津籲國民黨立委一起來

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】民進黨立委葉宜津上午在立院國是論壇上宣讀提出的不信任案全文，葉宜津指出，行政院長江宜樺參與總統鬥爭立法院長，放任特偵組利用違法監聽，更公然對立法院長人事權表示意見，完全違背《憲法》規定行政權應對立法權負責之權力分立原則。

葉宜津批，行政院長毀害《憲法》權力分立原則，使國家陷於毀憲危機，嚴重傷害國家憲政、民主法治，根本不具繼續任職行政院長的資格，更不具國會應對其信任及尊重的資格。此外，包括核四、服貿等都失去行政權應有擔當，因此對行政院長江宜樺提出不信任案。

葉宜津說，不信任案已有35位委員連署，再3位即達成案門檻，希望是由台聯、親民黨、國民黨委員連署。台聯立委葉津鈴隨後立即連署。親民黨立委李桐豪則表示，「如果有國民黨委員同意簽，親民黨絕對奉陪」。
