政府停擺 歐巴馬出訪恐生變

馬來西亞首相納吉(Najib Razak)今天(2日)表示，受到美國政府停擺的影響，美國總統歐巴馬將取消訪問大馬的行程，而由國務卿凱瑞(John Kerry)代為前往。

歐巴馬原訂此次出訪東南亞4國，並於11日在大馬發表演說，之後出席印尼和汶萊舉行的亞洲高峰會。

華府預算僵局是否會同時影響歐巴馬計畫已久的年度亞洲高峰會行程，目前仍不明確。

歐巴馬原本預期將在此次亞洲行時就亞太貿易協定達成最後協議。

大馬國營媒體馬新社(Bernama)引述納吉的話報導，歐巴馬將會派遣國務卿凱瑞(John Kerry)代為出訪。

納吉首相辦公室發言人證實相關報導，表示凱瑞會代替歐巴馬參與吉隆坡的創業領袖高峰會，但並未多作評論。

歐巴馬原訂將在下週前往印尼峇里島參加亞太經合會(APEC)，同時前往汶萊參加東南亞國家協會高峰會與東亞高峰會。

菲律賓政府則拒絕就歐巴馬原訂的馬尼拉行程是否受影響發表評論。

白宮則尚未宣布任何歐巴馬行程會受影響的消息。
