【李彥初／綜合報導】劉德華（華仔）日前在香港出席卡地亞手錶活動時，有粉絲高喊：「祝華仔身體健康、越來越帥、家裡多添一名成員……」，華仔聽完大笑說：「所有祝福一一收下，一切順其自然，感激大家。」和以前例行回應:「乖啦！」完全不同，莫非真的暗示劉家有喜？

今天就有媒體報導，指華仔老婆朱麗倩懷男胎三個月，並說她今年7月帶女兒劉向蕙去加拿大，準備安排女兒在當地就學，意外發現自己疑似懷孕，於是急忙返港和華仔商量。今年8月中，朱麗倩還被香港《蘋果日報》拍到由三名保鑣陪同下，到銅鑼灣看中醫，疑似與懷孕調理身體有關。
