綠委向黨喊話 應盡速提倒閣案

民進黨立委李應元與葉宜津今天開記者會說，朝野兩黨應立即依憲法增修條文提出倒閣案，正面迎戰解散國會，才能早日恢復憲政秩序，尤其立法院長王金平正扮演關鍵角色，絕不能迴避。

李應元還向黨中央和黨團喊話說，民進黨應依憲法行使職權，走在民眾前面，「不是看風向球，跟在後面」。「再等下去將是坐以待斃，憲政體制完全崩潰」。唯有依憲法提出不信任案，割除憲政腐肉，才能早日恢復憲政秩序。

李應元表示，行政院長江宜樺不道歉、不下台，立法院就應該依憲法提不信任案。即使馬政府放話解散國會，民進黨也不能迴避，王金平更不能迴避。民進黨唯有正面迎戰，迎接新民意，才能打破憲政僵局。
