強風掀飛鐵板割繩　蘇花改工人墜20公尺亡

【胡治言╱綜合報導】蘇花改工程昨發生1死工安意外，馮姓工人（35歲）與同事在高架橋懸臂工作車上工作時，因強風吹襲，工作車底板脫落，造成馮男身上的安全索被鐵板割斷，人從20公尺高墜落地面，頭顱破裂死亡，同事則被安全索懸掛半空中，最後被救下未受傷，工地已停工調查。

《蘋果》報導，警方調查，蘇花改工程Ｂ１標武塔高架橋工地（台九線蘇花公路一百三十四點五公里處），昨上午9時工人馮福榮與工人劉仁傑及兩部吊車，在小雨中，以乙炔燒斷器拆解高架橋懸臂工作車底板，有戴背負式安全索的馮、劉兩人，站在工作車底板各燒斷底板螺絲後，突然一陣五級強風吹襲，工作車大晃動，大片底板掉落，造成兩人摔落，劉男被安全索懸掛在十八公尺高半空中，但馮男因連在身上長兩公尺、直徑一點五公分的安全索，被鐵板割斷，從二十公尺高摔落死亡。
