北檢已與總統府連繫　馬將到庭說明

【呂志明／台北報導】台北地檢署偵辦特偵組濫權監聽、洩密案，就洩密的部分，北檢擬先以證人身分傳喚總統馬英九，釐清總長黃世銘與馬英九，在關說案尚未簽結前，到底談了什麼。

據了解，北檢已與總統府進行初步連繫，想要了解馬英九何時有空，待確認後，再依法發出傳票，請馬英九到案。對此，府方表示尊重司法，將出庭說明。

特偵組偵辦民進黨總召柯建銘涉嫌關說案，負責偵辦的檢察官鄭深元，在今年8月31日約談證人林秀濤後的當天深夜，總長黃世銘冒著傾盆大雨，跑到總統官邸面報，隔天馬英九又再次請黃世銘到官邸面報，黃因此遭外界質疑在案件尚未偵結前，涉嫌向總統洩密。
