商辦Q3交易量242億元　較上季倍增

【劉曉霞／台北報導】據商仲業者統計，商用不動產投資交易在第3季回神，交易量增加到242億元，較上季倍增，市場主要買盤來自本土自用型買方。尤其保險業因為投資禁令解套，9月共砸下70億元，包括南山人壽買下台中市勤美誠品綠園道，全球人壽標下宜蘭礁溪土地的50年地上權，壽險資金一出手便佔整體不動產市場逾1成交易量。

世邦魏理仕統計，今年1~3季，台灣不動產交易量累計1700億元，預估今年整體交易將上看2500億元。觀察今年第3季不動產投資市場，大型交易買賣總金額566億元，比上季微幅增溫0.3%，與去年同期相比，交易量依舊腰斬。
