【張沛森／桃園報導】桃園地院開庭審理洪案，傳喚證人542旅旅部連士官簡芸芝，她在庭上坦承，為讓洪仲丘關禁閉處份，6月25日當天，上士范佐憲召開士評會時很匆促，並沒有準備簽到簿，她是事後於27日才簽名，而且其中江姓、簡姓兩位士官在士評會當天休假，也是由她代簽。
