賊留菸蒂遭識破　辯稱可彈10公尺

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆1名45歲的陳姓男子日前闖空門，偷走1條珍珠手鍊，離開前地板上留下鞋印，警方又在公寓頂樓又發現1根菸蒂，採證驗DNA後查到多項前科的陳嫌，陳辯稱是到隔壁棟訪友時，將菸蒂彈到該處的，警方認為該公寓緊臨海邊，當天海風強勁，又是逆風，陳嫌不可能將短短的菸屁股，彈到超過10公尺遠的頂樓上，訊後仍依竊盜罪嫌函送法辦。
