狗沒關好咬傷人　飼主起訴

【張沛森／桃園報導】37歲楊姓女子在平鎮市住處養了4條狗，今年1月21日下午外出時，她未將大門鎖好，也沒把狗綁好，其中一隻黑色土狗衝出家門，咬傷騎腳踏車經過的劉姓女子，致其左腳踝有開放性傷口，桃園地檢署今依過失傷害罪聲請簡易判決。
