獎金減少+物價上漲　實質薪資4年來最低、水準倒退16年 記者曹逸雯／台北報導 根據行政院主計總處統計，今年1至7月實質平均薪資為4萬6,786元，較去年同期減少 1.14%，是近4年來最低，如果就薪資水準來看，更是倒退到16年前的水準。 行政院主計總處今（23）日發布7月薪資與生產力統計結果，7月經常性薪資為3萬7,769元 ，年增率0.89%，1~7月平均經常性薪資為3萬7,627元，年增率0.71%；加上年初發放的年 終獎金、績效獎金、員工紅利及加班費等非經常性薪資後，1~7月平均薪資為4萬7,881元 ，則較去年同期減少0.30%。 主計總處國勢普查處表示，1~7月平均經常性薪資3萬7,627元雖然是歷年最高，但因年初 廠商減少發放年終獎金、績效獎金，使得包括經常性薪資、非經常性薪資的平均薪資反而 呈現減少的現象。 如果再扣除同期間消費者物價指數上升1.13%，以100年價格衡量的實質平均薪資為4萬 6,786元，較去年同期減少1.14%，是近4年來最低；如果就薪資水準來看，更是倒退到16 年前的水準。 http://www.nownews.com/2013/09/23/320-2988649.htm -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.73.139
