議員要求雙子星案廢標　否則杯葛郝龍斌施政報告

【許麗珍／台北報導】台北市長郝龍斌將在明天到議會進行施政報告，北市議員江志銘今表示，郝對雙子星弊案根本是說一套、做一套，藐視議會、欺騙議會，如果雙子星案不立即廢標，郝就不用來做施政報告，他會堅決杯葛到底。
 
江志銘指出，6月17日議會專案小組公布了雙子星案調查報告，對郝市府疏失提出7項結論和4項檢討建議事項，北市財政局前局長邱大展涉嫌將評委名單洩漏給太極雙星團隊，已被檢方起訴，一再顯示郝市府在第5次招標過程中確有不公、不法，應立即廢標以昭公信，郝龍斌卻一再拖延，一意孤行包庇護短，遲遲不肯承認疏失，進而宣布廢標。
 
江志銘說，對這種顢頇、傲慢，完全不把議會的建議與建言當一回事的市長，議會沒有任何理由讓他來進行施政報告。
