【綜合報導】湖北武漢市一對新人，結婚當天在社區內的所有水溝蓋上貼上紅紙，其他居民看到都相當疑惑，新郎潘先生隨後出來澄清表示，在水溝蓋貼紅紙，目的是為了壓霉氣，但這樣的傳統婚俗，就連當地人也未曾聽過。

對於這個習俗，有人表示，傳說凡是井下都有龍王爺，得罪他老人家，運氣就會被沖掉。像結婚這樣的大喜事，滿院子的人走來走去，在水溝蓋上貼張紅紙，以表示尊敬。

也有人表示，結婚時在水溝蓋上貼紅紙，是希望遮掉一切缺口，讓新郎新娘一生都能圓圓滿滿。新郎潘先生則指，他和新娘都是湖北人，聽朋友說結婚時在水溝蓋上貼紅紙能避邪驅霉氣，所以他在社區內禮車經過的20多個水溝蓋上都貼了紅紙。
