標題[問題] 有人的工作也是隨call隨答的嗎?

如題 不是隨傳隨到(如醫師) 而是不論上下班都要待命 手機都必須要接 我是行政職 目前責任制 沒加班費 天天加班 今天雖然休假 但剛剛被主管那麼一折騰也1個多小時過去了 之前晚上回家也會被call 不過家人說每個工作都這樣? 不知道這真的是常態嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.136.211.228
