1字頭房價　桃園龍安、大有特區首購搶

【張菱育／台北報導】桃園縣各項公共工程及交通建設持續推動，根據全國不動產企研室觀察緊鄰中路計畫區的龍安生活圈和大有特區還有1字頭房價，對於預算有限的首購族而言，極具吸引力，且鄰近政府全力開發的重劃區周邊，未來增值力強。

全國不動產桃園龍安加盟店店長曾士哲表示，龍安地區近3年漲幅約3成，新成屋每坪25~27萬元，中古屋坪10~20萬元，購屋族多為自住客，其中又以預算有限的雙北市通勤族南下置產佔最多。

大有特區還有1字頭房價可置產，對預算有限的購屋族而言，極具吸引力。資料照片
