【綜合報導】臉書（facebook）營運長雪柔．桑德伯格昨天對北一女中300多名學生演說，有學生問，找好工作重要，還是找好老公重要；已婚、育有2名子女的桑德伯格妙答：「有個好老公，可以幫妳找到好工作，不過，有個好工作，不見得保證妳可以找到好老公。」全場學生哄堂大笑。

桑德伯格昨說，兩性至今未能平等發聲，高達95%的企業由男性領導；縮短男女領導力差距只要做到3件事，包括「推翻刻板印象」、「在事情沒有發生前，不要一直踩煞車」，以及「坐在桌前，不要坐在角落」。
