標題[請問] 奶油乳酪麵包可以冷凍嗎

生的奶油乳酪是不建議冷凍的 聽說會油水分離 冷藏一周內就要用完否則容易發霉 所以想說開封了要趕快用完 我是拿來捲在土司當內餡 切丁 沒有加糖也沒有打軟 這樣冷凍會出問題嗎? 問過很多家外面麵包店乳酪麵包的保存方法 也都是冷凍 為什麼就不會油水分離？ 想請問其中原因 找過cookclub 和baking板沒有答案 來碰碰運氣@@ 謝謝 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.75.172.224
