【劉人瑋／台東報導】台鐵往返新左營和台東302次自強號，今早發生撞上土石流意外，造成3人傷勢較重，9人輕傷，已送往台東馬偕醫院救治，其中有人腳受傷，須由人扶著上擔架。乘客驚恐回憶：「撞到當下車廂帶人全跳起來，真嚇人！」

有民眾當時就坐在出軌的第5車廂內，表示當時玻璃都碎掉，東西也都掉落，還有人受傷，也有乘客拍下當時第2、3節車廂外照片，只見照片中泥流仿彿瀑布般渲洩而下，讓民眾心驚。
