【林金聖／基隆報導】基隆市政府表示，北寧路上因土石流倒塌的房屋有安全疑慮，於今天下午1時許，市府派出2輛怪手進行拆除。屋主與2名女兒望著畢生的家當遭到毀壞，神情十分落寞。
