【林金聖／基隆報導】基隆北寧路碧砂漁港附近的山坡，昨天發生土石流，並挾帶著巨石擊中行經該路段的車輛。逢甲大學GIS中心昨天晚上看到土石流的訊息，今天早上天還沒亮，立即從台中出發，於今天上午11時許，使用空拍技術拍到該山坡仍有1顆巨石，隨即PO上臉書，造成廣大迴響，截至今天下午6時許，已有4千多名網友分享。
