標題[請益] 這種髮型該如何燙?!

各位鄉民好,我想請問下面這圖的捲度是用燙出來的嗎?還是是用電棒的呢? 假如是燙出來的是屬於什麼燙呢(冷燙?)?因為今天拿這個圖去給設計師燙,燙出來沒有捲 反而變毛的感覺,還是有什麼比較推薦的設計師嗎?因為也不想再回去找原本的 設計師了 囧.. http://imgur.com/zgw2aTo
