【石明啟／桃園報導】前法務部調查局長葉盛茂隱匿公文案判刑確定，入獄服刑172天，今天下午3時40分假釋出獄，步出台北監獄，他戴帽、身穿休閒服，由親友開車將他載走，葉盛茂不願表接受媒體訪問，僅透過聲明稿對外說明。
