【綜合報導】56 歲的港星萬梓良2002年娶了小17歲的洛陽姑娘郭明黎後，不久便生下一子，他為養妻兒將主力轉往中國內地市場，拍戲拍廣告上綜藝節目，還經營時裝店，不時抽空回港拍港劇，行程滿檔，荷包賺飽之際，體重也直線上升，暴肥30公斤。
 
他自爆是因遺傳性糖尿病導致體形失控，近上更染上痛風，膽固醇過高戒吃海鮮，難怪他曾透露考慮提早收山：「我不怕死，是捨不得兒子。」
