花東影城進駐　商圈效益讓房市增溫

【張菱育／台北報導】近年全台刮起慢活風，讓最具悠閒步調的花東地區成為許多購屋族的房市新寵，秀泰影城也於今年7月進駐台東市，根據全國不動產企研室觀察，秀泰影城開幕後，周邊產品詢問度增加2~3成，根據實價登錄資料顯示，周邊店面每坪約12~17萬元。

而位於花蓮火車站的「國聯商圈」，於2010年就有影城進駐，全國不動產花蓮金仲加盟店副總林偉倫表示，國聯商圈商業區周邊的建地平均每坪約30~35萬元；位於國蓮商圈外圍的住宅區，建地每坪約18~20萬元；最受養老族喜愛的花蓮市外圍農地，每坪約3~3.3萬元。
