農團不滿：要送江「公民不服從手冊」

台灣農村陣線對行政院長江宜樺昨回應大埔案的說法表示不滿。尤其江揆說「每年徵收案達上千件，不可能全由內政部辦聽證會」；台灣農村陣線發言人蔡培慧反問：「行政無法負荷，就能剝奪人民權益嗎？」農團將送江揆一本「公民不服從行動手冊」。

農村發言人蔡培慧說，三年前農陣提出「土地徵收條例」民間版，建議要辦聽證會，當時內政部地政司就說很難一一舉辦，因為「行政無法負荷」。如今江揆也說人力無法負荷，讓她無法接受。環境律師詹順貴表示，土地徵收是「最迫不得已的手段」，但不嚴謹的體制及不正確的心態，導致地狹人稠的台灣徵收案是日本的一百倍。
