其實我是不太借車的 每次有人要借車我就會一副屎臉 但這次整個部門下台中出差 只開了兩輛車，我是其中一台 有個主管要借車去找客戶，我也就借他了 結果開出去沒五分鐘就發生事情..... 這種事就是自認倒楣 主管也很阿薩利的買了一台同年同款的二手車賠我 但原來的車有些東西我才換不久，如電瓶、雨刷、輪胎 問題來了 現在壞掉的車由於有保險公司的介入所以我不能動裡面的配件 雙方責任各一半 我有第三責任險 我想問的是 第一 對方的車可以由我的第三責任險來賠一半，另一半他的全險會賠 賠完後，他的的全險是不是會再來跟我求償(有的話其實會是我主管付啦) 第二 我方的車，我方付一半的的維修費用，對方的第三責任險也付一半 修好了以後所有權還是我嗎? 我擔心的是我沒法換裡面的配件...... 新的這台二手車我已經換了兩條輪胎.....另兩條要用舊車的，我不想再破費了.... 以後還是不要借車..... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.251.157.31 ※ 編輯: handsten 來自: 60.251.157.31 (08/23 14:44)
