【劉人瑋／台東報導】潭美颱風遠去，但原本無風無雨又大晴天的台東市以北卻開始颳風，台東氣象站表示，受外圍環流影響，市區內就有7級風，而沿海大約是9 級。海上吹大浪，雖已無海上颱風警報，但台東市海濱公園今天有20餘位觀光客在公園步道上騎腳踏車，雖不至被浪打到，但風力實在太強，腳踏車「成了風車， 根本是被風吹著跑」。無法下海戲水的小朋友，則是到湧泉泳池牆外的排水口戲水，玩得不亦樂乎。
