標題[請益] 散熱 模組廠VS系統廠

我本身是做散熱的 現在在某家上市公司A做產品散熱設計(非3C產業)，算自有品牌(非代工廠)， 是屬於系統散熱，散熱片選用設計、風扇選用、風道設計、開孔分析， 小到PCB鋪層，大到燒機室溫度場，都有在做，而且做了三年多。 但現在有一家散熱模組廠的公司B錄取我了，公司只有不到100人，未上市 但月薪整整多了10K.... 其實我不是care公司規模，而是做系統散熱和單做散熱模組的發展性是否不同... 我研究所同學，他們的就業方程式， 都是從模組廠跳到系統廠，然後有機會再跳到品牌廠， 品牌廠是系統廠的客戶，系統廠又是模組廠的客戶，所以感覺他們是往上跳 但我現在卻是從系統的散熱跳到散熱模組廠去，感覺好像在往下走的感覺 這讓我有點困惑， 不知道有沒有前輩就整個職場發展的角度，給我點建議 或是同時呆過系統廠與模組廠的人，親身說一些想法 其實我現在是比較偏向於跳到B公司， 但是真有點擔心，我這條路會不會越走越窄..或是越走越沒發展性， 我更擔心會降低自己的價值。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.231.24.174
