【綜合報導】桃園地檢署持續偵辦洪仲丘案，3名被告何江忠、徐信正及范佐憲的交保裁定撤銷，桃園地方法院今天就會公布羈押庭期。

根據《壹電視》報導，由於軍審法修正後，洪仲丘案移交給桃檢審理，檢方認為何江忠交保後換手機、范佐憲返回542旅，都是有明顯串證嫌疑，所以提出抗告成功後，桃園地方法院今天就會公布羈押庭期。

另外，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸，下午將會前往桃檢，針對「過失致死罪」的被告，做進一步的確認。
