共用檔案時間到，讓 Google 雲端硬碟自動停止分享

983a25d59b7b2c5e93603d99b0693b42由於Google推出的雲端硬碟服務實在太好用了，許多朋友紛紛拿它來做為共用檔案的平台。有些共用檔案可能隨著時間的結束就不再需要分享了，往往卻忘了移除共用設定。這時候只要依照下面的設定，就能自動讓Google雲端硬碟上的共用檔案連結有保存期限。當然原本存放在Google雲端硬碟的檔案還在，只是共用連結失效而已。

1.開啟Google Chrome後，連至「http://goo.gl/CvPpJ」，此時會開啟「Auto-Expire Shared Links」的Google雲端硬碟檔案。點選功能表中〔檔案〕的【建立副本】。


2.回到「Google雲端硬碟」後，選取要設定保存期限的共用檔案，並從上方功能表點選〔其他〕→【共用】→【共用】。 


3.選取對話框中「共用連結」的網址後，按下鍵盤的〔Ctrl〕＋〔C〕複製該連結網址。 


4.切換到剛才建立的「Auto-Expire Shared Links」副本，將其中「FOLDER_URL」的部分取代為剛才複製下來的網址，並在「EXPIRY_TIME」中依原來的格式輸入到期的日期及時間。


5.完成後點選上方功能表中的〔執行〕→【Initialize】，然後在「需要授權」對話框中按下〔授權〕。

6.回到「Auto-Expire Shared Links」副本後，點選上方功能表中的〔執行〕→【Start】，關閉該副本，即可讓指定的共用連結在設定的時間一到後就失效。
