趁廟會人多頂婦臀　色男被訴性騷擾

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市50多歲李姓男子今年7月22日下午5時許，在蘆洲區忠義廟前廣場趁廟會人多之際，躲在一名帶小孩看熱鬧的30多歲少婦背後磨蹭臀部，當場被逮，李男認罪並供出以前就曾在公車上磨蹭女乘客。新北地檢署今起訴李男涉犯性騷擾罪嫌，聲請簡判，最重判2年。

少婦提告指稱，起初以為人多被誤碰，不料換個位子仍持續被頂撞臀部，驚覺有異，走到一旁看見李男又對另2名女子做同樣動作，於是遠遠用手機偷拍蒐證，並問身旁義警：「那樣是不是性騷擾？」義警一看沒錯，趕緊報警逮捕李男。
