農陣告劉政鴻涉貪汙、圖利

台灣農村陣線昨委任律師向最高檢察署遞狀，告發苗栗縣長劉政鴻涉嫌向台電通霄電廠勒索回饋金、強行徵收大埔地，卻保留自家房屋謀利，且財產不合理增加，疑涉貪汙、圖利等罪。

劉政鴻對聲援團體提告不願回應，表示「怎麼說都會被曲解、作文章」，但強調，大埔案九百多戶地主，除部分已領取補償，其餘八百多戶都有配地，只剩四戶協調多次仍不接受，縣府須依法行政，大埔風波他很難過，會忍辱負重。
