在種種因緣際會下，我是最近才知道有膠原蛋白這個補給品！ (電視一直在播柳燕老師代言推薦的三得利的膠原蛋白， 又發現合購版有人在合購，再加上省錢版有人PO說明治膠原蛋白再特價， 讓我的世界在短短兩天之內處處充斥著膠原蛋白！！) 我本身21y，油肌，很容易出油，之前國中長滿臉的痘痘超自卑， 現在皮膚已經比以前好很多，但有時臉上還是會有2,3顆痘痘 且因為是油肌，毛細孔很明顯，感覺裡面住了很多小精靈 臉上痘痘問題雖然已經不嚴重，但是仍有許多粉刺，看起來不光滑 以上是我的臉的大致情況 我爬文看了一下膠原蛋白，似乎真的是女人必備呀！ 吃了皮膚明顯變好又變光滑！ 我好心動！！！ 但是有蠻多版友說吃了會開始爆痘@@ 我就很擔心像我骨質裡就是蠻多痘痘的人，這樣吃了膠原蛋白的話 痘痘會像全球暖化、冰山融化一樣，一發不可收拾嗎T_T? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.223.151.7
