【綜合報導】1名女子欲分手遭林姓男子硬上性侵得逞，女子先假意迎合，再帶著沾有林男精液的衛生紙報案；檢方昨依強制性交罪嫌起訴林男。

《自由時報》報導，檢警調查，今年 2月間，女方提分手，林男佯稱同意分手，但要回女方住處取回衣物；林男一進門卻說，「我不想分手」，拿起菸灰缸往地上砸破，上前甩女方2個巴掌，2次緊掐她的脖子，不顧女方反抗霸王硬上弓。

女方遭性侵後，為避免再被施暴，假意稱「我們復合好了！」待他沒戒心離開後，女方馬上帶著沾有林男精液的衛生紙至警局報案。
