全台房價所得比　北市11.9倍最高

【張菱育／台北報導】實價揭露近1年，房價資訊相對透明化，對有購屋需求的買方而言，在全台5大都會區依舊可以找到平價區，根據主計總處公布的2011年每戶可支配所得，以30坪住宅的平均成交總價顯示，最高為台北市房價所得比為11.9倍，新北市8.7倍，桃園縣、台中、高雄的購屋壓力不到4.5倍。

台北房價所得比雖然為全台最高，達11.9倍，有巢氏房屋副總經理劉炳耀指出，仍有相對平價的區域，像是北投、文山區的房價所得比，分別為9.8倍、9.7倍是民眾可考慮進場的平價區。
