【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘冤死案引起軍方內鬥、政治風暴，12天內折損2位國防部及1位上將，傳出馬家軍趁亂升官，沒升到的以申退反將當局一軍，軍方內鬥加劇。

今天出刊《壹週刊》報導，1名將領坦言，總統馬英九在洪案發生後不挺軍方，不少將領心寒，加上不同意以2年時間調整上將員額，造成如今無將可選的窘境，最後只好違反體制，由沒幹過軍種司令的嚴德發上將出任軍備副部長，顯見人事布局亂了方寸。
