環團抗議修水保和環評法規

多個環保團體因不滿政府近期相繼欲修正水保、環保法規，今天早上赴監察院前陳情，除高喊反對修法，也要求監委調查相關單位是否有圖利和違反行政程序之嫌。

台灣水資源保育聯盟發言人陳椒華說，行政院日前核定農委會提送的「水土保持法」，恐讓大部分水庫集水區變成一般山坡地，質疑根本是水庫集水區開發大鬆綁；無獨有偶，環保署也打算修正放寬水庫集水區的環評規定。
