抗告成功　洪姊：感謝高院「正常」審理

【林世雄／台中報導】針對今天高院將何江忠等三人交保案發回重審一事，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸今天下午發布簡訊表示高度肯定，她說，上次羈押抗告過程可以知道被告仍有串供、滅證與不據實陳述等事實，但仍獲交保，家屬與社會大眾實在難以理解與接受。雖然交保已經過了十多天，對於案情釐清更加困難，但很感謝高院能以「正常」的角度來審理案件。
 
她說，家屬希望發回桃院後，法官能深入了解過去被告的供詞與串證的事實與其繼續串證的可能性，並出席陳述意見，也希望院方能儘速羈押被告，以確保案件後續能順利審理。
