近3年推案爆量區　五股增8倍居冠

【吳苡辰／台北報導】根據《住展》雜誌統計，北台灣近年有4個指標熱門地區，推案量爆增，量增第1名地區為新北市五股區，推案量從2011年的39億元，成長至2012年的124億元，2013年7月已達318億元，預估至年底的推案量將達350億元，3年的推案量等於成長了8倍。

其次依序為桃園縣中壢市、新北市淡水區與桃園縣八德市，推案量3年分別成長156%、94%、91%。不過《住展》雜誌也提醒，以上4地區房市推案火紅，但當建商推案一窩蜂的往一個地區擠，便可能導致供給超出需求。
