監委是酬庸？馬：很大的誤會

監察院長王建煊說監委是酬庸，馬英九總統表示，是很大的誤會，監察院到底是制度面，或運作面問題。是整體，或個體問題，還要進一步了解，有些問題是否由監察院本身處理較合適，畢竟五院的運作應是獨立的。

馬總統表示，他不需要以此職位酬庸任何人，監委被提名，主要還是看他們的功能。
