洪案移桃院審理　洪姊：有信心

【林海全╱台中報導】《軍事審判法》修正條文今天生效，洪案移到桃園地院審理，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸上午表示，希望案件移審後，能夠重啟調查，對後後續的偵辦，抱持樂觀態度。洪慈庸說，昨天律師團到軍院閱卷，大約只完成五、六成，現在案件移審，希望桃院可以儘速讓他們把卷閱完，同時希望建立平台，讓律師跟家屬可以做說明，讓溝通更方便。
 
洪慈庸表示，案件重啟調查，有新的事證補強，對案子進展才有幫助，相信司法會有所作為，還給全民對司法的信心，「最壞就是之前軍檢辦案的狀況了，對移審有信心。」
