王建煊「廢監院」說　蘇：錯亂源頭在馬總統

【綜合報導】監察院長王建煊「不如廢除監察院」說法，引發爭議，民進黨主席蘇貞昌在泰國蘇旺納蓬受訪時表示，王建煊常常語出驚人，監察院喪失功能也是事實，然而監察院長自身責無旁貸，從整件事也可看出馬政府執政的混亂。

他說，從院長提名到院長自身的發言，以及國人長年看到監察院的失能，這些錯亂最重要的源頭恐怕仍在馬總統本人，馬總統當年競選時承諾「完全執政，完全負責」，現在的馬政府如何回應各方民意的要求，應給國人一個交代。
