【綜合報導】加拿大黑苺公司（BlackBerry Ltd）表示已成立委員會，考慮各種營運的「戰略選項」，包括「可能的合資公司、戰略伙伴或結盟」，也不排除出售公司。

黑苺公司1999年成立，以推出多款黑苺手機聞名，但在蘋果電腦、三星電子相繼推出智慧型手機，市場競爭趨於激烈後，黑苺機銷量急遽萎縮，公司營運也陷入危機。
