洪案律師團調閱卷宗 重新抓疑點

【林海全╱台中報導】總統府昨公布「軍事審判法修正案」，洪仲丘案預計在周五移交桃園地院審理，洪家律師團今天派出兩組人馬，前往北軍檢調閱卷宗。洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸上午表示，律師團將透過筆錄，了解相關證人、嫌疑犯之間的證詞，是否有出入。
 
洪慈庸說，律師團沒有參與案件前面三分之二的偵訊過程，因此，會把卷宗全部重新看一次，重新抓疑點，在最短的時間卯足全力消化卷宗，「我們家屬特別想了解，542旅、269旅之間是否有聯繫，去交代要怎樣照顧仲丘。」
