回應國是會議 馬英九：不預設條件甚麼都可談

【政治中心／台北報導】前民主進步黨主席蔡英文主張馬總統為展現朝野會談誠意，應先停建核能四廠。總統馬英九今天在出訪南美洲和加勒比海友邦的專機上說，核四是議題，不是朝野會談前提，若不預設條件，甚麼都可以談。

馬英九強調，「如果大家見面前，都要談前提，可能不易達成會面，若不預設條件，什麼都可談。」

馬英九下午率團出訪，這次行程「賀誼專案」將出訪南美洲及加勒比海友邦，包括海地、巴拉圭、聖露西亞、聖文森、聖克里斯多福及尼維斯等，並將首度過境美國紐約，預定22日返國。
