大家好 我的髮質是細軟髮，為了不要讓頭髮太塌，固定一年都會燙一次頭髮(燙捲)。 今年初因為掉髮嚴重，人又在國外無法看醫生，只好先更換Avalon的B群洗髮精。 後來掉髮似乎有改善，但產生另外一個問題：分岔 幾乎每一根髮尾都嚴重分岔，看得到白色的一個點(有點難解釋) 加上髮色越來越淡，頭髮也一直斷裂。 5月份回台灣友看皮膚科，醫生說是壓力過大，以及頭皮出油所造成。 開給我小罐的洗髮精，跟擦頭皮用的藥。 但是我每次洗醫生開的洗髮精，掉髮更多我也不知道為什麼。(醫生叫我洗完再複診) 今天去燙頭髮，設計師說我的髮量比以前少很多，也非常毛燥。 頭髮一直斷裂，所以都長不長甚至有一塊圓形禿。 根據醫生和設計師的綜合評論:我的頭皮容易出油，但長出來的頭髮太乾 想請教大家，使用不含矽靈的洗髮精會影響頭髮柔順度嗎? 大家有沒有推薦的洗髮精或是潤髮的呢? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.249.17.141
