夜市應該是胎死腹中了 新鮮食材都必須解決一下 其實我的興趣是日料 未來也會開料亭 今天就練習了玉子燒 不過是用大方銅鍋煎的 真的用昆布和柴魚熬的高湯下去煎的 還加了蜂蜜增加風味 每一條原尺寸約是6*20*4公分(寬長高) 用量10+-2顆蛋 我把他分成一半為一份 約4~5顆蛋 可以2-4人吃 要做成握壽司的量可以切12片左右~~~ 共8份 每人限取一份 今晚沒吃請務必冰起來 冰過一樣好吃~~ 意者來信 時間統一約9點40~50分 中壢後站全家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.0.195.114
